Skandiaverken is part of Zephyr Group, the leading independent distributor of engine spare parts and services for large engines. The Group brings together several specialized companies: Zephyr, PK OEM Parts, Carl Baguhn Hamburg, Carl Baguhn Barranquilla, Twinco, and Skandiaverken.

Zephyr Group, after 50 years in the market as Zephyr based in Italy, was formed in 2018 with the acquisition of Skandiaverken.
The group’s growth accelerated in 2021 with a majority investment from DeA Capital, enabling the integration of PK OEM Parts (Netherlands).

In 2024, Zephyr further expanded its global presence by welcoming Twinco (Singapore), established in 1994 and specialized in diesel engine spare parts for the marine and power generation industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Group also integrated Carl Baguhn Hamburg , a company with over 100 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and sales of diesel and gas engine components.
Carl Baguhn Barranquilla operates in Central and South America as well, through its Barranquilla (Colombia) branch, active since the early 2020s.
